Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m really glad you’re here - truly.
My divorce has been going on for over three years now. It doesn’t take up all the space in my life anymore, but it’s still there like a shadow in the background, sometimes faint, sometimes more noticeable, but no longer defining me.
I’ve learned a lot - mostly the hard way. I was naïve… so naïve. About who I was married to, how the legal system actually works, how complicated finances can get, and how easy it is to react instead of respond. I’ve had to learn co-parenting (and at times, parallel parenting) when what I once hoped for just wasn’t possible.
Divorce is a kind of death … the death of expectations, of the story you thought you were living, of the version of your life you once believed in. It shakes your sense of reality and forces you to rebuild everything from the ground up.
But here’s the thing - it can also be the best thing that ever happens for you.
As painful as it is, it’s also an awakening. You’ll find new strength you didn’t know you had. You’ll see parts of yourself you lost along the way. You’ll become smarter, wiser, more aligned with the real you. AND, there is joy and laughter along the way; sometimes when you least expect it.
Divorce isn’t a failure. It’s a pivot - a chance to rebuild your life in a way that finally feels true.
I’m here to help you stay focused on what matters most, to get clarity through the chaos, and to navigate the legal, financial, emotional, and social parts of this journey with confidence and compassion.
Together, we’ll help you move from heartbreak to healing AND from darkness to light.
